Back in 2019-2020, before autonomous driving regulations were ready in Malaysia. We kickstarted the first pilot in the country with our first prototype. The service was sending night market food from the dining area to office building.
PUBLIC SIDEWALK DELIVERY

From 2022-2023, we successfully ran test on public sidewalk and did the first delivery trial in Kuala Lumpur. The location is outside our office, from merchant zones to nearby business buildings.

Malaysia’s first autonomous driving test ground, Malaysia, a private office campus, TARS robots are sending food from central food court to different buildings.
5G REMOTE DRIVING IN SINGAPORE
Singapore
One of Singapore's telco service providers uses the TARS delivery robot as a showcase of 5G technology. It can be remotely controlled from Kuala Lumpur, 400km away, to achieve an average low latency of 50m/s.
5G CAMPUS HUB DELIVERY
CelcomDigi, Malaysia
The largest Malaysian telco service provider uses the TARS delivery robot to deliver the food from guard house to the building inside because the riders are forbidden to enter the campus.
YOKOHAMA BUSINESS PARK DELIVERY

We are proud to be selected for Yokohama City’s prestigious Demonstration Program, marking a significant milestone as we launch our first deployment and commercialization plan in Japan. Our TARS autonomous delivery robots will be showcased for both outdoor and indoor applications at Yokohama Business Park. HelloWorld Robotics is honored to be the first and only robotics company from Southeast Asia and Malaysia to gain acceptance by Japanese corporates for public outdoor self-driving scenarios.
JAPAN’S DEPLOYMENTS
Expo Osaka, Japan
We are thrilled to deploy our TARS delivery robots at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, serving average daily visitors from around the world between JULY 1st and JULY 20th. Our robots will enhance efficiency for food operators by seamlessly navigating large pavilion areas and ensuring smooth deliveries across the venue. Our deployment in Osaka Area will also be progressing at the same time during EXPO period.
AUTONOMOUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

The largest Malaysian telco service provider uses our self-driving buggy to transport visitors from guard house to the building entrance. We will deploy 5 more autonomous buggies for daily service at Mranti Park, achieving the largest autonomous driving route in Southeast Asia. 1st in Malaysia.
